This has been a Imperial Guard HQ work-in-progress. The figure was made from a Catachan body, tank arms and a scout head. The sword is a WHFB wood elves sword. Green stuff was used to make the carapace armor.
Wow, great idea. I think the thigh plates need more shaping and I would shave the runes off of the sword - the're a little too "fantasy" for this model.
