He'll get his head back once I've finished painting the details. I still have to add a blue wash, and than I want to add some weathering to his armor.
Rather than use red for the cape, I wanted something else.
To achieve the colors I followed a High Elf details article at the Games Workshop site.
I guess I just really like blue.
I am pretty happy with how the cape turned out.
